ITS ALL GONE A BIT NUTS!
In rare inclusion for this blog, this won’t be a columnist piece, like I normally write. Instead, my dear reader… I need to bring you some updates about current TMS goings on!
Firstly, Jimothy!
The orders we received for our little Jimothy went NUTS… way way WAY beyond our expectations… so much so that it became almost immediately apparent by the start of this week that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with my one (1) single printer. Therefore I’ve outsourced a bunch to help me speed things up and save y’all waiting!
This means that Jimothy orders ARE already going out, based on my own printing capacity, but they’ll speed up a bunch next week as the batch arrives from the other printer. Huge thanks to Vicki for making this happen. Check her Instagram out @boston_t_gaming and show her some love for helping to spread the Jimothy!
Because of this delay however, I’m also going to extend the Jimothy event submission date, to win the set of brushes. I’m adding an extra week, so now you have until August 29th to get your entries in. That’s the last Saturday of August. Martina (who sculpted Jimothy) and I will be choosing our fave and sending that person a full set of TMS brushes. Bear in mind there, I said FAVE, not the BEST one… this isn’t a competition, its a celebration… though y’all know I drool for those elite brush skills, they won’t be enough alone to bag you the dub.

Second update is about brushes! I now have SOME Workhorses…They arrived today! I am awaiting 152 of them altogether, but 52 arrived in a package today, so they’re back in stock on the website! That also means full sets and sable sets are off back order and back to regular availability.
The orders that were on back order have all been packed today, so they’ll go out in the morning.
Sculpts!
I also have news on the sculpting front, to keep you all salivating…
Firstly, Thirstyyy… she’s been a bit well received hasn’t she?! I am almost definitely going to look in to a resin cast version. If that’s something you want, drop a comment below! It’ll be the same deal as with Fergus - pre-orders until we have the money saved up to buy the production run, then we’ll pull the trigger.
I have also just secured a very prestigious guest sculptor who’s coming in around the end of the year (or maybe early next year)as a guest… I’ll give you a clue - I’ve golded two comps with her sculpts this year! That’s all you’re getting… but the piece she’ll be making will be a special one for us, AND to do things a little differently, we’re only holding rights for casts and prints on this one, so the STL will also be available from the sculptor for those of you who prefer to print.
Lastly… the regular line of busts is only getting ONE more sculpt this year… I have the concept nailed, and it’s gonna be a banger… like, a serious banger. I am suspicious that it may well appear in a bunch of comps next year, because I’m that confident in how good it’ll be. However once that’s out, I’m giving Martina a little rest for a few months so she can enjoy her other work without the stress of ours. Don’t worry though, she’s gonna be back in the new year, and if she drops the piece I’ve asked her to drop… it’s gonna be back to back to back bangers from TMS. Just saying, y’all better get them wallets ready, because we’re coming for them!
